The BIG question: Where do things live?
For this topic we are going to investigate Oyster Island
You will:
· find out what oyster Island was like before the pines were removed
· learn why the pines (Americans) were removed
· describe the changes that we have seen since the pines were removed in 2007
(using data and photos ) include why the tree lucerne (Europeans) has been allowed to grow
- maybe also add a bit about the early Maori occupation of the island.... our evidence for this?
- Produce a report (click task button for details) where you EXPLAIN the changes
